So much happening...

... and no time to process it at all!

Since August, I didn't get any time for myself... almost.

I went to IC, the biggest international conference of AIESEC where I had a blast in terms of meeting people and self-challenges. Stepping out of my comfort zone, in the middle of 650 people, coming from all over the world (I remember Australia, Bahrain, Germany, Armenia and Malta being present to the discussion) and being the smartest people of the organization. It's a huge platform of socializing, networking and ideas brainstorm! One of my most impactful experiences there was a discussion a girl from Bahrain organized about the image of Islam in the West. There were people from different origins sharing their point of view and debating, but in such a peaceful manner that politicians and other people should take as an example.
This really showed me how open-minded AIESECers are, and this is for me the biggest characteristic I like in it. We are there to make a difference, to challenge our views, and to become better in different areas: not only professionaly, but also personally.

It's also there where my position in AIESEC has been "upgraded". We are now organizing the 60th anniversary of AIESEC in Belgium AND of AI. It sounds obviously great, but I can tell that the managementof it is far more complicated than the previous project! Anyways, I am really looking forward to it and enjoying the organizational process since it's a bigger learning experience for me.

It's strange talking about IC right before the first day of NTMS premeeting, Belgium's biggest national conference.
I feel like writing so much more, but yet no time to do so. Sleep is more important for now...

Until then, hopefully I'll write again before 3 months have passed...
